RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refund’s if you change your mind, however there might be times when you will want to exchange an item(s) purchased from us.
If you wish to exchange any item(s) you have purchased this must be done within 14 days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item being returned is faulty or not as ordered.

• Items must be returned in new and unused condition and have all tags and original packaging attached.
• Until the return item is received at Waikato Tractors it is your responsibility. We recommend using track and trace.
• If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
From time to time, an order may need to be canceled if fulfillment can not be met. In this event where we need to make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. In the first instance, a suitable substitute will be offered. If a substitute can not be agreed upon a refund will be processed within 7-days of last contact.
